Producing fabrics that match our customers requests is a comprehensive process requiring correct raw material selection, technical planning, production discipline and high quality control standards. Because every customer has a different product group, target market, end use and design expectation, we plan our production work against project-specific criteria rather than standard solutions. Before production, the yarn structure, weight, texture, shade, pattern characteristics, durability and performance in use of the requested fabric are evaluated in detail. Our design, planning and production teams work in coordination to translate technical requirements into production terms and manage the entire process, from sampling through to bulk production, under control. During weaving, the quality of the yarns used, shade consistency, weave construction and production parameters are monitored regularly. The technical checks required for the fabric to reach the intended appearance and performance are carried out, and quality deviations that may arise during production are addressed quickly and effectively. Completed fabrics are inspected for shade continuity, weight, pattern integrity, surface quality and physical durability. This ensures that we deliver aesthetic, long-lasting fabrics that meet our customers expectations and comply with production standards. With an approach that analyses customer requests correctly, keeps quality under control at every stage of production and embraces sustainable manufacturing, we aim to develop reliable, original fabric solutions of a high standard.

Fabric Groups We Produce

• Workwear fabrics: Gabardine, ripstop and twill constructions built for durability
• Denim: Stretch and rigid indigo denims woven from ring and open-end yarns
• Fancy woven fabrics: Patterned and special-effect outerwear fabrics

Values Controlled During Production

Width, weight, warp and weft density, tensile and tear strength, dimensional change (shrinkage) and surface quality are measured for every batch. After weaving, greige fabric is scored on the inspection table and any meterage below standard is set aside.
