By evaluating the requested product specifications in detail, we correctly determine criteria such as fabric type, weight, colour, pattern, texture, stretch and end use. When selecting the fabrics our customers will use in their production, we consider not only visual expectations but also the technical requirements of the product, its performance in use and its suitability for the production process. While ensuring the supply of fabrics in the requested colours and patterns, we carefully control the factors that directly affect production, such as shade continuity, lot consistency, quality standard and lead time. Working in coordination with our suppliers, we plan in advance the fabric quantities needed for sampling and bulk production and develop alternatives to minimise potential supply risks. Before fabrics enter production, we carry out the necessary checks in terms of quality, weight, shade and physical properties. Through this planned and controlled working system, we aim to keep production processes running without interruption, to prepare orders to the defined quality standards and to respond to our customers requests on time.
