# Customer Request

By correctly analysing the needs and expectations of our customers, we carry out all necessary preparation in line with the requested pattern, colour, product type, fabric quality, end use and technical specifications. At this stage, the brief, samples, visual references and special requests submitted by the customer are evaluated in detail, and a comprehensive work plan is prepared that will form the basis of the design and production processes. When building our collections, we follow not only current requests but also customer feedback, sector developments, seasonal trends and the changing expectations of the target market. Guided by the data we gather, we develop colour palettes, pattern alternatives, fabric constructions and product groups, creating collections that are strong aesthetically, functionally and commercially. Throughout the process we stay in regular contact with our customers to ensure that requests are understood correctly, that designs are developed in line with expectations and that any required revisions are applied quickly. In this way we aim to offer every customer original and sustainable solutions suited to their own brand identity, target audience and market strategy.

From Request to Sample: Process Steps
 
 Brief: End use, target market, quantity and delivery date are clarified.

 Technical definition: Blend ratio, weight (g/m² or oz), width, weave construction and finishing expectations are set.

 Colour work: Pantone or swatch reference is taken and a laboratory recipe is prepared.

 Sampling: An approval sample is produced and presented together with fastness and shrinkage values.

 Quotation: Meterage, lead time and pricing are shared.
